Designed for downwind performance Windfoil, this wing is made to lift out of the water as soon as possible and glide at speed for exhilarating performances. Clearly the WINDSURF 900 wing is all about efficiency with its high lift section for an early lift off combined with large span and high aspect ratio for minimum drag. Inspired by the latest developments of the kitefoiling circuit, this wing is a true weapon. The WINDSURF 900 is built using the high technology PRE-PREG carbon process over a PU injected core. The FORGED CARBON central core remains at the heart of the assembly for maximum strength, stiffness and durability.
Area: 300 cm²
Aspect Ratio: 5.8
Weight: 0.24 kg
Solid, versatile and progressive, the Freeride stabilizer can be combined with any of the freeride or carving front wings and fits a very large range of practices.
Equipped with generous winglets, the stabilizer blade offers fantastic control with enough surface area to provide full confidence in all situations.
Built in Carbon Composite and designed to be securely mounted on F-ONE fuselages, its profile and angle of incidence were tuned to achieve a very intuitive balance which will help you get your foiling maneuvers in more easily.
Weight: 0.47 kg
Built out of Pre-preg carbon fibers around a steel core, the F-ONE fuselages are designed to be extremely stiff and provide perfect control with a low drag sectional area.
With a full stainless steel tail, the assembly with the stabilizer is solid and very reliable. The tail matches the angle of incidence required onto the stabilizer to guarantee an intuitive balance whatever the wing combo selected.
The 42cm fuselage provides better directional and pitch stability which helps a lot at lower and medium flying speeds. Recommended with Freeride 800, 600 wings.
We have developed and patented a brand new concept for the assembly of the mast, fuselage and wings because this is a critical aspect of the kitefoil. It drives the reliability and ease of use for assembling and taking the foil apart for transportation, as much as the repeatability of the trim between the front and rear wings.
The main benefit of the system is the one and only screw that maintains all the parts together: mast, front wing and fuselage. This screw is placed longitudinally and is therefore only stressed in tension instead of shear or bending. The whole foil can be tightened up with everything working in a sound mechanical way.
To gain some precision, robustness and packed-up volume, the screw is combined with a squared, conical assembling system, which has been proven as the best mechanical setup to lock any motion or degree of freedom between the parts, while also contributing greatly to tensional resistance.

With Pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fiber is directly impregnated with epoxy resin by its manufacturer; this guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy and carbon, and represents the highest quality process. The material is stored in cooled rooms and catalyzes at 120° C in a mold.
The Pre-preg fibers must travel in refrigerated trucks and be stored frozen. The refined ratio between carbon fiber and epoxy resin provides the lightest weight with the best mechanical properties of carbon fiber.
1 PRE-PREG, multi-axial carbon layers
2 PRE-PREG with FORGED CARBON core
3 Extruded aluminium
This technology takes advantage of the same principles as standard Pre-preg but uses a different type of fiber which is better suited to mold small parts with complex shapes. It allows us to build accurately smaller sized parts that are very reliable.
The advantages of these two technologies are their high end mechanical properties, but also their fast production cycle which allows us to work with a faster and more rational construction process.(1h to cure a pre-preg mast and about 10 minutes for a Forged Carbon part). This is crucial for delivering a high quality product.

F-ONE kitefoils are equipped with the fully conical Deep KF-BOX. Its shape makes it easy to connect and fits well with the thickness of the kite boards due to its moderate height. The Deep KF-BOX offers a perfect, tight support.
Can I setup my foil on any SUP board ?
Any SUP board might not be fit for supfoiling since it requires good aptitudes for take-off and the right box location. The longer the board, the trickier it gets to lift off and to place the box in the right location.
Can I setup my foil on any Windsurf board?
Yes, but the box needs to be located in the right place to achieve the right balance.
Are your foils available with other box standards such as Tuttle for example?
Yes, it is available on demand.
Can you supply Deep KF Box inserts to fit into the boards?
Are all the blades, fuselages, masts of the range SUPFOIL – KITEFOIL – WINDFOIL all compatible with each others?
Yes, thanks to our patented FCD connection system, everything is compatible.
How is it possible to use the same front wing for supfoiling and windfoiling?
From a design point of view, the brief is quite similar: the foil needs to lift out of the water a rider and his/her board with more or less performances or accessibility. The driving force either comes from paddling together with the energy of the wave or from the sail force of the windsurf rig.
On the other side, kitefoiling is different since the kite pulls upwards and carries some of the rider and board weight. But some kitefoil wings can be used in windfoil or supfoil, such as the Freeride 800 by example. And the 900 and 1000 supfoil wings can also be used for kitefoiling.
Why do the Supfoil and Windfoil masts have different lengths?
When supfoiling, it is all about keeping your balance at the top of the foil. The longer the mast, the more difficult it is to maintain the balance. The foil also doesn’t run across a high chop or waves during flight.
When windfoiling, the rig provides more support and more stability. The foil can be used on the open sea and will come across higher chops and waves around 1m or more. More length is therefore required to fly over these.
Is it easier to learn how to foil behind a boat?
Yes! The shorter mast of a supfoil and the Freeride 1000 wing are the ideal combo to learn how to fly. A beginner doesn’t even need to waterstart. All that is required is to stand up on the SUP, feet located in the right place with the rope in hand.
The boat can set the pace accurately to reach the ideal speed for the rider to feel the lift from the foil. He will thereby learn easily how to fly by focusing solely on the foil.
Is it possible to windfoil with a 75cm supfoil mast?
Yes, of course, but doing the opposite (supfoiling with 90cm windfoil mast) is more difficult.
Is there a way to practice sup, supfoil and windfoil with the same foil and board?
Absolutely! Thanks to our convertible Papenoo board which can be used as a normal wave SUP but can also be used for supfoiling and windfoiling if a rig is added.
